Chris Schultz has spent more than 30 years in the construction industry. He got his start in new construction with John Wieland Homes, one of the Southeast's most respected homebuilders, where he learned the discipline, scheduling and quality standards that still shape every Cornerstone project today.
For the past 17 years, Chris has owned and operated Cornerstone Constructors, LLC, personally overseeing custom home builds and full-scale renovations throughout the greater Atlanta area. Clients work directly with Chris from the first walk-through to the final punch list — no layers, no hand-offs, no surprises.
